ModeratorHey Daniel,
Welcome to the forums! I took a quick look at your site and the ‘Search bar’ doesn’t seem to be working as designed. Strange!
I see you checked ‘Yes’ to testing with the default WP theme and deactivating all other plugins other than ours as outlined in our Testing for conflicts guide, but can you please confirm this? I just checked my local test environment but am not seeing the same results as what I’m seeing on your site.
Thank you for choosing PRO and have a good day.

ParticipantHi Yes, I can confirm I tested this plugin on default twenty fifteen theme and deactivated all plugins.

ModeratorHey Daniel,
Thank you for the response. If you visit our demo site, you’ll notice that everything appears to be working correctly. I can also confirm this behavior on my local test environment using the latest versions of our plugins and the default WP theme activated.
With that said, I don’t know what could be causing the issue other than another plugin or possibly your theme. I took a quick look at your site and it appears you don’t have any active API key for your Google Maps. Please refer to this article on how to set up the API key.
Would you mind sending over your System Information as a private reply? I’d be happy to take a look at that and see if anything stands out.
Thanks again for keeping me updated and have a great rest of your day.

ModeratorDaniel,
We are unfortunately unable to log into customer sites :-/
I don’t see a screenshot come through in your last reply. If you want to try resending that, I’d be happy to take a look. I recently set up my own API key and it wasn’t too difficult, so reply back with as much info as possible and we’ll continue troubleshooting.
Take care!

ParticipantHeres the screenshot again. Just not sure which API to create.

ModeratorHey Daniel,
Sorry for any confusion. The API you’ll want to create is ‘Google Maps JavaScript API‘ – the third one down. I’d like to point out that this might not have any impact on the fact that your Search bar isn’t working. Is it possible you can set up a test site and try recreating the problem? As I’ve said a few times, I’m still unable to reproduce the error and we don’t have any logged bugs, so it’s more than likely a theme/plugin conflict.
Thanks for keeping me updated and enjoy your day 🙂

ParticipantI’m sorry but no support was given. maybe give me some tips of what I can do to get it working? Dont just copy and paste your terms and conditions…Make a suggestion or two. I am not a developer and this is behong what I am capable of trouble shooting, so i need some help, please.

ModeratorHey Daniel,
My apologies if I came off rude in any way. It was not my intention whatsoever. Can you confirm the issue occurs with only our plugins and the default WP theme active? We are able to help troubleshoot bugs occurring when your site is in this state, but once a custom theme and/or another plugin is activated, we are no longer able to continue troubleshooting.
Without having the ability to log into your site, I’m limited on how much information I have in regards to the issue, so therefore I’m limited on the level of support I’m able to provide. Again, I hope this clears up any confusion and take care!
