ParticipantHi Randy,
I try to clear up the misunderstanding:
Plugin “event calendar pro” and plugin “Event Aggregator” are different plugins, see here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/products/
Seem to be that you have bought a licence for event calendar pro, but not for Event Aggregator.Best regards

ModeratorHello 🙂
Randy, as Hans-Gerd has pointed out, there is no need to input a license into the Event Aggregator license key field found under Events > Settings > Licenses if you do not have/need an Event Aggregator license.
If you do want the features included with Event Aggregator, you can visit the product page which I’ve linked to above and complete the checkout process. Once you’ve done that, you’ll be granted a license and which you’ll need to enter under Events > Settings > Licenses like you did with your PRO license.
We do not offer support via telephone. Please review our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article for more information.
@Hans-Gerd, thank you kindly for taking the time to step in here! @Randy, let me know if this helps clarify any confusion and have a pleasant rest of the day to the both of you!

ParticipantHi Hunter,
I’m surprised very much – I didn’t write this:Sorry still have trouble. I am trying to get Event Calendar Pro but not fine where to put the license code in.
May be it’s from Randy ?
@Randy: Please try to put the key under settings->licencesBest regards,

Moderator@Hans-Gerd, that is very strange indeed! I’ll bring this strange behavior to the support team members who handle theeventscalendar.com. Thanks for letting me know 🙂
@randy, can you possibly send your System Information as a private reply? I also notice in the screenshot there is a notice informing you there might be a conflict because you have a page with the same slug as you’ve entered in the ‘Events URL slug‘ field in Events > Settings > General.

If you revert back to the default WordPress theme and deactivate all plugins other than TEC and PRO, are you able to enter the license key in Events > Settings > Licenses? Please review our Testing for conflicts guide and let me know what you find out. This is a required step to continue receiving troubleshooting support.
Thanks to the both of you and have a great rest of your day!

ModeratorHey Randy,
Unfortunately we’re not able to provide support via telephone. Please see my previous response for instructions on how to proceed. There are currently no logged bugs of users reporting similar behaviors, so it’s most likely a simple theme and/or plugin conflict.
Sorry again we aren’t able to provide telephone support. Please review our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article for more information.
@Hans-Gerd, I did a little research on the reply which appeared to come from you and it looks like it’s a known issue, so we have a bug report logged and will be looking into the matter. Thanks again for letting me know you weren’t the one to send the response 🙂
Thank you and have a good afternoon. Cheers!
