ParticipantI have a daily recurring event that I’ve populated for 12 months ahead. I’ve excluded several weekend dates in September and October. When I display the calendar, however, the exclusions show up for Sunday, Monday rather than Saturday, Sunday. When I exclude the Friday, the Saturday displays as excluded. I know the dates are right, and I’ve deleted, refreshed, reloaded, and even used the ‘rebuild recurrence’ add-on. The display continues to show the exclusions as a day ahead of the date specified. Suggestions?

MemberHi Wendy. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Besides our general troubleshooting tips (included below), my only other thought is the possibility of timezones. For example, if you post an event at 11pm in a UTC-5 timezone (wp-admin Event/Post editor per event) and then your WordPress timezone (wp-admin > Settings > General) is set to UTC+10 (15 hour difference), it would show up on your calendar the following day.
If that’s not your situation, I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberSorry for the trouble, but could you please try copy/paste again? It seems the array keys didn’t come along with the values.
You can see the difference between what you posted and what’s visible at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Please also send a screenshot of that specific event’s date/time settings and a link to view it on her site.
Thank you.

ParticipantHi Cliff,
I would paste again, but it’s the exact same. This happened with another client of mine who’s using event tickets plus. All kinds of array data missing. You might want to check with Nico on that one.
I’m attaching the screenshot you wanted and will send the link privately.

MemberAnd which event from http://dev.cranberry.ca/events/2016-09/ is the screenshot for?
Just to be clear:
- if you re-save the event in question in wp-admin, does it get fixed?
- is the issue (excluded dates not being excluded correctly) happening on just one event or is it reproducible on multiple?

ParticipantCliff, I can’t see the private replies since I didn’t create the ticket.

Participant- No – resaving the event does not fix it.
- “Bog to bottle Discovery tour” is the event

MemberJason, I was able to replicate the issue. Here’s an example from my local testing site: https://cl.ly/3U1X0c3y2E2A
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
Please note that even if this thread gets closed due to inactivity (automatically happens after a couple weeks), this thread should still get a reply added if/when the fix is released.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberHi there,
Good news, I was reviewing this issue to help developers code a fix for it in the next maintenance release and it looks like it’s already fixed in the current version. I’m referring specifically to ‘exclusions not being honored in the case of all day events’.
Please update the plugins to the current version and let me know if this is true for your site (might need to re-save the event to get it working),
Best,
