Events in Foto with Date|Time|City

Hallo supporter,
I´ve a question.
Is it possible to add the city in the fotocalender list? I want date, time, and city.

For the moment I add the city in the headline, but I don´t like this.

Sometimes the fotocalender starts with a blank page. But if you move the curser above the page, you see the links to the events, second or third try is ok than.
And I have problems with automatically update. I must delete the eventcalender pro via ftp, and then install from zip file.

Some ideas?

Yes, absolutely. In fact you can tweak the photo view as much as you want.

The way to do this is explained in our Themer’s guide (pay special attention to the sections marked Photo view).

That is indeed an issue. I’m sorry about that.

It does look like either a caching issue or a conflict (with your WordPress theme or one of your plugins).

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ? (following the instructions found in the link)

Could you also please go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

Sometimes that happens on some WordPress installs. It depends how your WordPress installation and plugin installations were setup initially.

Can you tell me:

1. If your license for the Events Calendar Pro is entered under Events -> Settings -> Licenses ?
2. If other plugins have that update issue ?

thanks for your help.

But I am not able to make this changes.
It ist too complicated for me, sorry.

But I don´t understand the special language, the structure of my side and so on.

Better I do it the way I understand, it is not perfect, but I try to work with it.

Sometime I will take time to learn, perhaps.

I try to solve the issue with the blank page, if not possible I will not use the photo view.

I am sorry to hear that the required changes are out of your confort zone to add the city to the photo view. I do appreciate your honesty.

As you might know, the scope of our support is mostly to get our wonderful customers started on the right track to customize their site and to help them in case of issues. We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.

As an alternative, you could hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.

For the blank page with the photo view, this is a completely separate issue. It should be possible to fix that.

Could you provide me with the URL (weblink) of your event page where this happens ?
