Guest1. Is Events able for Multi-people, for each person independently be able to add events, update…?
2. Can it be booked with minimum 2 spaces to be able to start and maximum 6 spaces, example if only 6 spaces available to book for a particular time and day?
3. Does it have user login for each person to update things?
4. Calendar – Can I choose when I am available and holidays will show automatically for no services?
5. If someone buys something for a length of time, example 6 weeks of services, Do they get an automated email to remind them to register again if they want to continue with the services?
6. Can people add coupons or discounts?
7. Can people make events directly from the website (no wordpress login), login on the website?
8. Advanced Search bar – can i add more things like ‘Level’, ‘Organizers’, ‘Days of the week, times, ..
9. Can I change the font type, color, size?
10. Search result can I see 4 (results) per line, right now it shows 1 per line.
11. Do you do customization?

MemberHey there and thanks for getting in touch! Good questions–let’s try to tackle them one at a time.
1. Is Events able for Multi-people, for each person independently be able to add events, update…?
You can assign more than one Organizer to an event, but only one person can be an author of the event. Anyone can add or update events if they are logged in as admins.
2. Can it be booked with minimum 2 spaces to be able to start and maximum 6 spaces, example if only 6 spaces available to book for a particular time and day?
You can add tickets to events using our WooCommerce Tickets add-on and then make a specific number of tickets available for your events.
3. Does it have user login for each person to update things?
Yes, anyone with a WordPress login (such as an Admin or Editor) can edit events through the WordPress admin.
4. Calendar – Can I choose when I am available and holidays will show automatically for no services?
Events Calendar PRO does support custom patterns for recurring events.
5. If someone buys something for a length of time, example 6 weeks of services, Do they get an automated email to remind them to register again if they want to continue with the services?
I’m afraid The Events Calendar does not provide notifications after tickets for events have been sold. Only the tickets themselves are emailed to the customer.
6. Can people add coupons or discounts?
There are other plugins that could add discount or promotions to tickets sold via WooCommerce Tickets, but our plugin does not provide that functionality right out of the box.
7. Can people make events directly from the website (no wordpress login), login on the website?
Yes, our Community Events add on does exactly that. You will want the Community Tickets and WooCommerce Tickets add ons if you plan on selling tickets as well.
8. Advanced Search bar – can i add more things like ‘Level’, ‘Organizers’, ‘Days of the week, times, ..
We do have a Filter Bar add on that provides a more advanced level of search.
9. Can I change the font type, color, size?
Yes, anything is customizable with with CSS. Our Themer’s Guide is a great place to start.
10. Search result can I see 4 (results) per line, right now it shows 1 per line.
Those closest you could get would be to use the Photo View option that comes with Events Calendar PRO. List View will always display one event on a line at a time.
11. Do you do customization?
We do not, but do have a list of recommended folks who could help you out, if needed.
