I use a Google map very prominently on my home page. As soon as I activated The Events Calendar Pro the map just disappeared. It doesn’t load at all. I don’t see an error, just a big empty white space. I deactivated other plugins and then reactivated them one by one. It’s definitely the Pro add on. If I can’t get this resolved quickly, I will need to request a refund. The add on was supposed to be compatible with my theme but wouldn’t work right off the bat.

    Hi Stephen

Have you enabled your Google Maps API key for our plugin? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/

Is this a unique API key not used on your theme or any other plugin?

To help us better troubleshoot, please share your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ with us privately.

We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂
