    Hi there,

I’m looking at a solution that allows us to be able to import events from our Eventbrite account, but also allow us to add additional events (that are not on Eventbrite) in the same list, with an external URL which goes to another third party venue ticketing system.

Which products will we need to achieve this?

    Many thanks,
    Scott

    Hi Scott!

Thanks for your interest in our plugins!

You can import events from Eventbrite with our Event Aggregator service > https://theeventscalendar.com/product/event-aggregator/, which also allows you to import from other external import sources too like Google calendar or Meetup > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/import-from-feed-or-url/

The events you import will show up in your main events calendar, which is the main feature of our free The Events Calendar plugin. You will also be able to create your own events manually via the WordPress backend. You can learn more about this in https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-the-events-calendar-and-events-calendar-pro/

On the other hand, if you also want to manage your Eventbrite events from your WordPress Admin, you should check out our Eventbrite Tickets plugins that allows you to do just that > https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-eventbrite-tickets/

I hope that helps! Let me know if any question 🙂

    Best,
    Victor

    That’s great thank you Victor!

Just so I’m 100% clear on everything.

To be able to sync both Eventbrite and manually add events in I can use both the Event Aggregator and use the free The Events Calendar plugin to take care of the manual side of things?

Then if I want to be able to manage and import Eventbrite I can install the Eventbrite tickets plugin.

Is there any money back guarantees on this plugin if it’s not quite what is required?

    Thanks for your help! 🙂

    Hi Scott,

Thanks for following up with this.

Yes, but just to clear things out, Event Aggregator is not a separate plugin, but a built-in tool of The Events Calendar plugin. You can use Event Aggregator for free to import information from a CSV file, but you will need an Event Aggregator license to import from other import sources.

Is there any money back guarantees on this plugin if it’s not quite what is required?

We have a pretty cool refund policy, so you could ask for a full refund of your purchase if you are within 30 days of payment > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/

Is there anything else I can help you with? Let me know 🙂

    Best,
    Victor
