Event Tickets are breaking the site

Hello Support Team
I am using this Plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/event-tickets/ and it’s breaking the entire site
I am getting this Error http://prntscr.com/gwxh0g on activation of plugin

Please let me know if there is some file is missing in the plugin
I’m using Event Tickets Plus plugin as well

Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you with this, but first will you please post this question in our Event Tickets Plus support forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.

To get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. When you post over in the Event Tickets Plus forum, please be sure to let us know if you find any conflicts and share your system information with us as well.
