EDD ticket sales not turning off at set end date

Hi everyone,

When I set up ticket sales through Events Calendar Pro, I always set a start and end date for each ticket. It appears though that this doesn’t actually restrict anything. People can purchase tickets before the start date, and well after the end date. Any ideas as to how to make this stop?

Hi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

I tested Event Tickets Plus with EDD and having blank/no start date allows tickets to be displayed/purchased.

However, setting a start date in the future hides the ticket.

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

• Downloads / Version Numbers
• TEC Automatic Updates
• or TEC Manual Updates
• WordPress core updates

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

Please make sure you’re on the latest versions of all our plugins, since we released another round of updates since my last reply.

Once you’re all up to date, you’ll need to follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (previously linked) or find help from someone who can, such as someone from our list of known customizers or a WordPress consultant of some kind.
