GuestHello,
I need the following:
–> Enable customers to book online on my webpage offline courses (offline in conference rooms)
–> They should be able to pay with paypal, master, per invoice, etc.
–> I would like to offer grouped discount. If a customer pay two ticket or more then a discount
should be applied automatically to the price.
–> The user got a confirmation (invoice with my own template)
–> Alle User Interface must be in German. Since in Germany it is not allowed to mix German and English on serious and professional business webpages. So the first question
=================
Do I need your both plugins: The Events Calendar Pro and Event Ticket Plus for these requirements?Question 2
=========
What is the different between your plugins and the EventEspresso 4?I am looking forward your answer
Best regards
Leo

GuestHello,
The questions again (in better English :-).
1) If I want to sell ticket for offline IT-Courses on my homepage, do I need
both the Events Calendar Pro and the Event Tickets Plus?2) How can I make the output text of both completely in German?
I see that German has been to 100% translated. How can I activate it then?3) Is there “a volume based discount” Feature?
This mean when I give a discount of 15% if a customer pay two or more tickets
Then this 15% discount should be applied automatically when a User choose 2 or more tickets.4) For the invoice, can I create my own template so that the invoice generator use it for each customer?
I am looking forward your answer
Best regards

ModeratorHi Leo ๐
Thank you for considering our plugins for your project and welcome to our Pre-Sales Questions channel! I would be more than happy to help answer your questions.
1) If I want to sell ticket for offline IT-Courses on my homepage, do I need
both the Events Calendar Pro and the Event Tickets Plus?Yes! You would need The Events Calendar (free), Events Calendar PRO (premium), Event Tickets (free), and Event Tickets Plus (premium) in order to sell tickets for any courses you’d like to offer.
2) How can I make the output text of both completely in German?
I see that German has been to 100% translated. How can I activate it then?I’ll share any relative documentation to translations below. Please take a moment and review them and if you have any additional questions, send them on over ๐

- Translating The Events Calendar
- Translating the premium plugins

3) Is there โa volume based discountโ Feature?
This mean when I give a discount of 15% if a customer pay two or more tickets
Then this 15% discount should be applied automatically when a User choose 2 or more tickets. We don’t have a built-in feature which allows for volume-based discounts, but the Product Bundles WooCommerce extension might do the trick. You can check out all the available WooCommerce extensions here. It might also be a good idea to visit our UserVoice Feature Ideas to see if anyone has suggested this feature to be implemented in a future feature release. If so, feel free to upvote it! If you don’t find anything, go ahead and submit a request for the features you want/need!
4) For the invoice, can I create my own template so that the invoice generator use it for each customer?
Absolutely! You can essentially customize any aspect of our plugin, including invoice templates! Please review our Themer’s Guide for more information on the matter.
If you haven’t already reviewed the New User Primer: Event Tickets & Event Tickets Plus tutorial, I recommend doing so as it essentially goes over how the ticketing plugins work, what settings/features are included, collecting attendee info, managing orders and attendees and so on.
We offer a 30-day money back refund policy which allows ample time to test-drive the plugins to ensure they’re going to work for your project! I hope I’ve sufficiently answered your questions and please let me know if you need any more assistance. Thanks again for considering our plugins for your site(s) and have a wonderful weekend ahead!
Cheers ๐

GuestHi Hunter,
thanks for your reply.
Does this mean, that I have to install the free plugins from WP and then buy the add-ons to make them pro version? Or can I buy the Pro version and it is a full plugin?
Looking forward your answer!
Best regards
Leo

ModeratorHello again, Leo!
Yes, you will need to install the free plugins first, then buy the premium plugins and install them. Our New User Primer: The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO goes over the basic process for installing the plugins and getting everything set up. If you do run into any issues, our support team is here ready to help!
I hope this helps! Cheers ๐

GuestHi Hunter,
Thanks again.
If my WP installation language is German then I don’t need to translate anything. Right? The plugin and all it’s output text would be automatically in German right?
Best regards
Leo

ModeratorNot necessarily. The language file shipped with the plugin will often be slightly out of date. And sometimes even the latest language file that’s downloadable here is not complete:
http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projectsYou can click on a plugin to see each language available and what percent of the strings are translated. The good news is, German is one of the most complete languages!
Let me know if this helps and should you run into any issues with translation, we’re here to help where possible ๐

GuestHi Hunter,
thanks again.
I have the last two question before buying it
Q1) Do I need to install and activate WooCommerce Plugin to use the EventTicketPlus?!
Q2) You wrote: “We offer a 30-day money back refund policy which allows ample time to test-drive the plugins to ensure theyโre going to work for your project!”
Does this mean, If for some reason the plugins not the right for me then you will refund without any conditions for the refund?
I am looking forward your answer
Best regards

ModeratorMy pleasure, I’m here to help answer as many questions as you need answered!
Q1) Do I need to install and activate WooCommerce Plugin to use the EventTicketPlus?!
You’ll need to install either WooCommerce, Shopp, WP E-Commerce, or Easy Digital Downloads to use Event Tickets Plus ๐
Q2) You wrote: โWe offer a 30-day money back refund policy which allows ample time to test-drive the plugins to ensure theyโre going to work for your project!โ
Absolutely! We simply ask for any input you might have during the Refunds process, but that is not required. If it doesn’t work, you don’t like, you find an alternative which better suits your needs, doesn’t matter… you’re getting 100% of your funds back!
Thanks and please let me know if there is anything else I can help answer. Have a great weekend Leo!
