Maintenance Release for the Week of 3 December 2017

Welcome to Maintenance Release number 24 of 2017! Here are some fixes and tweaks for you, to help your plugins run more smoothly. If this is your first time getting an update from us remember Maintenance Releases are smaller updates between major releases that are mostly comprised of bug Fixes, tweaks, and small but meaningful improvements. We always recommend using a staging site to test these changes before updating on a live site.

The Events Calendar 4.6.6

  • Fix – Fixed broken RSVP ticket sales when using Aggregator CSV
  • Fix – Prevent non-escaped underscores from getting into the final SQL for LIKE queries (Props to @misenhower)
  • Fix – Fixed sorting for Tickets so that moving them to the first and last position of the order is allowed
  • Fix – Improved handling of Stock to ensure it’s updated accordingly based on total sales when updating capacity
  • Fix – Improved CSS for Capacity Table on mobile
  • Fix – Fixed some bugs with attendees management that prevented check-in features from working in Community Tickets front-end views (props @musician4you and several other folks for highlighting this issue)
  • Tweak – Introduced the tribe_tickets_event_action_links_edit_url filter for more granular control over “edit event” links in various views
  • Tweak – Prevent EDD from being a provider for front-end Community Tickets, as only WooCommerce is allowed for that
  • Tweak – Added actions: event_tickets_ticket_list_before_ticket_name, event_tickets_ticket_list_after_ticket_name
  • Language – 0 new strings added, 54 updated, 0 fuzzied, and 0 obsoleted

Event Tickets 4.6.2

Event Tickets Plus 4.6.2

  • Fix – Make sure Stock is updated accordingly based on total sales when updating capacity
  • Fix – Resolved bug where “Purchase limit” field was not saving correctly
  • Fix – Fixed an issue where the wrong number of tickets available would be shown in WooCommerce and Eeasy Digital Downloads purchase forms
  • Tweak – Added filter to change the default value for the option to show attendees on the event, ‘tribe_tickets_plus_default_show_attendees_value’
  • Tweak – Prevent EDD from being a provider for front-end Community Tickets, as only WooCommerce is allowed for that
  • Tweak – Updated tooltip text for Capacity settings when using EDD
  • Tweak – Event capacity field will be enabled if never set via Ticket creation form
  • Tweak – Modified warning toggle with tribe prefix
  • Tweak – Avoid printing the SKU ticket fields on frontend forms (e.g. Community Event Tickets)
  • Tweak – Added helper text to selection of ecommerce plugin to clarify what that changes
  • Tweak – Decreased the width of the ticket capacity fields so they’re sized more proportionally to the values they hold
  • Tweak – Fixed some typos in names of deprecated properties on the Tribe__Tickets_Plus__Commerce__WooCommerce__Main class
  • Tweak – Resolved problems with importing sale time for tickets
  • Language – 2 new strings added, 24 updated, 0 fuzzied, and 0 obsoleted

Community Tickets 4.5.3

  • Fix – Removed backend eCommerce links for all users on front end ticket form
  • Fix – Fixed some layout issues with the front-end “Order Report” view
  • Fix – Fixed some layout issues with the front-end “Attendees Report” view
  • Fix – Made some changes to ensure the “edit” action links on front-end reports is only visible if users are allowed to edit submissions
  • Tweak – Added CSS for new ticket alerts
  • Tweak – Fixed label CSS color in Twenty Seventeen theme
  • Tweak – Decreased the width of the ticket capacity fields so they’re sized more proportionally to the values they hold
  • Tweak – Prevent EDD tickets from being created on Community Tickets front-end, since only WooCommerce is supported for this feature
  • Language – 2 new strings added, 13 updated, 0 fuzzied, and 0 obsoleted
