This version of Promoter introduces the Soft Block Feature, a system that automatically manages users with API sync errors.

New features in this release:
- Soft Block: A system to automatically manage users experiencing API sync errors
- Automatic User Blocking: Users are automatically blocked after reaching a configurable error threshold (default: 3 errors within 24 hours)
- Admin Management Interface: New admin panel to view and manage blocked users, including error history and manual block/unblock controls
- User Notifications: Email notifications sent to users when blocked/unblocked with direct links to resolve issues
- API Protection: API sync functionality is disabled for blocked users while maintaining normal web access
- Configurable Settings: Admin-configurable thresholds for error count and time windows
- Self-Service Unblocking: Users can unblock themselves by resolving connection issues through the connection test page
