Summary

Maintenance Release

Event Tickets Plus 5.2.4 adds several improvements to the general usability and user experience of the plugin, as well as improvements to its stability.

This is a “maintenance” release, meaning it should be a super smooth update but, as always, please back up your site and database as you would with any other WordPress update.

✅ Fixed

The following items were fixed in this release:

  • Who’s Attending count should now account for purchasers that have opted out of the public list.
  • On the Attendee Registration modal, the Remove functionality (the X on the left side of a Ticket or RSVP) now re-calculates the amount of tickets and total value of an order.
  • Fixed an “insecure request” response which didn’t allow to use the Manual Attendee Add & ARI Edit functionality.

✨ New

We have included the following new items in this release:

  • When using the Classic Editor, each Ticket or RSVP will now show which Attendee Registration Fields have been included.
  • We have included a custom placeholder field for the following Attendee Registration Fields: text, email, telephone and URL.
  • You can now use the filter event_tickets_plus_requested_api_is_valid within the QR Code check-in API to allow usage of separate API keys for each Event.
