Hi – thanks for your message. I have got in touch with Connections support.

I have tried to do what you suggested via FTP, but it won’t let me download the wp-config file to make that change. it just says ‘Failed to save ‘/wp-config.php’ locally.’ – any suggestions?

Hi Geoff, Thanks for your response.

I have checked the theme directory and yes, there is a tribe-events folder in there.

I did revert temporarily to Twenty-Fifteen and yes, it was still doing same thing.

Sorry I’m not too sure where to put that temporary CSS code.

Hi – just as an update to this – I found that the venue and organiser was showing, but it was underneath my layerslider which I’d put in as code in the section ‘Add HTML before event content’… I have deleted this code for now so all the event details show, but is there a way I can still have my layerslider there and see venue and organiser details?

I have tried four or five times to get a ‘find out more’ page to load – it either fails or takes a very long time. I’ve tried this on my mobile and on my laptop

The host I am using is Dreamhost.
