I am importing from Facebook feed.
If you open any of those events, you will notice that the source is a Facebook event.
https://brasileirinho.com/eventos/veruskaParticipantGood morning, Geoff.
I tried to do that, but your site doesn’t provide a download link to that effect.
I see the message below on my dashboard, but I am not sure if all I need to do is to deactivate Facebook Events or if I need to upload Event Agreggator before that.
“It looks like you are using our legacy plugin, Facebook Events, along with our new Event Aggregator service. Event Aggregator includes all the features of the legacy plugin plus enhanced functionality. For best results, please deactivate Facebook Events.”
veruskaParticipantThank you, Geoff B. So, at this point this is what I have installed on my site:
The Events Calendar V 4.4.0.1
The Events Calendar Pro V 4.4
The Events Calendar: Facebook Events V 4.2Does it cover all I need to have all the benefits of the changes, including the Aggregator?
veruskaParticipantSorry I missed your response. Yes, this is for http://brasileirinho.com.
I am also getting a message:
“It looks like you are using our legacy plugin, Facebook Events, along with our new Event Aggregator service. Event Aggregator includes all the features of the legacy plugin plus enhanced functionality. For best results, please deactivate Facebook Events.”However, I don’t have a plugin named Event Aggregator in my Plugins list. I thought this new feature would have been simply an update to Facebook Events. What do I have to do?
veruskaParticipantGreat! I never noticed the ‘Re-synchronize’ button.
It worked.
Thanks a lot!veruskaParticipantTks a billion, Geoff B.!
It worked like a charm!
Rgds
VeraveruskaParticipantHi Geoff! Sounds great, but where in the Settings can I paste that code? I couldn’t figure out.
veruskaParticipantNever mind. I guess it was simply a cache issue on my browser. Problem solved.
veruskaParticipantIt was a duh moment from my part.
I assumed the Edit screen was in another area and completely forgot to look at the regular post/page edit one. Sorry and thank you for your prompt reply.veruskaParticipantI did not find the option to see the publish date of the event from the Edit screen. Screen options doesn’t show that either. So, I decided to simply pick all duplicates by the title and deleted it. I marked “My issue is resolved” assuming that the update I have has already fixed it.
