Hi there, When I export an Attendee list.. The list no longer contains information in the fields for Status (Processing, cancelled, Pending payment) and the order number field is also missing.
I previously also asked why the attendee info is missing after someone cancelled a previous order. If the enter again then the field info is not captured. I am still waiting for feedback and the ticket was closed by you.
Where do I get the system info as requested.

Yes I think the cart could be the problem. Is there any way to clear the cart if payment is not made and to avoid cart increase?
