tlsfrankfurtParticipantHi Geoff,
The thing is that the plugin worked perfectly before I changed it over. If someone ordered anything, I got an email notification. (So that I was aware there was an order.) At the moment, I am aware that a ticket order has been placed because I am still getting a notfication when I receive payment (from Paypal for example, or another payment gateway). But if I have a free event I wouldn’t know that new order was placed.
I wouldn’t love to keep bothering you, but I am sure this has something to do with the change from wootickets to the new plugin.
Can you confirm if you changed the order status of the WooCommerce order to “Complete” on these tickets ?
The reason I am asking is that the tickets are not sent until that is the case.Yes. But my problem is not with receiving tickets. It is with receiving the notifications I was getting before. And so I pointed out the email situation because anything that started happening after the change seemed relevant.
Best,

tlsfrankfurtParticipantHi Geoff,
I doubled checked my steps that I went through the correct procedure for changing over to the new Plugin. As far as I can tell, I followed the steps to order.
I took your advice and created new events after the plugin upgrade (although I actually created all my events I am trying to add a ticket for after I changed over.) Nothing.
I have the exact same problem. I cannot add a ticket, I cannot edit the price, no product appears in Woocommerce after I create a ticket, and the price always defaults back to zero. No option to buy a ticket appears on the events. Just rsvp:
I feel like I am in kinda deep shit here. Thoughts?
