I have run into this problem using the RSVP function, where I cannot change the level of stock. (I wanted to releases six addition places on an RSVP event, and it refuses to change after I have saved the ticket.) It will not update stock levels.

I also keep posting events, where some tickets will sell, and then the event will just randomly say, Out of stock! forcing me to create a new ticket, but also meaning that customers have wrongly thought my events were sold out when they were not. After I went into fix the stock levels, it will not accept that there is stock. It defaults back to 0. even when I click it to 40, and make sure to check that the item is in stock in Woo Commerce, Edit Product.

Both these problems are extremely problematic, and only started after this plugin was changed. So far it has given my nothing but headaches, and I wish there was a way to go back to my old plugins.

    Hi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins and WooCommerce) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.

Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

I updated all Plugins and WordPress. Beyond checking for theme conflicts, what you are asking me to do is beyond my capability, with regards to debugging.

Thanks for updating but sorry this is stretching your limits. These are standard ways to troubleshoot WordPress, not just our plugins, so it’s good to take the time to learn how to do it.

I see that your system information report was from when your site was NOT in Testing for Conflicts mode. Please do follow the steps in my previous reply. If you need assistance, you might want to ask a friend or even your web host.

I hope this information was helpful enough to get you a little further down the path.
