ParticipantYes, the source is absent of duplicates. Is there a way to delete all events on the calendar so we can do a clean import from the iCal feed? I’m only seeing that we can delete 20 at a time (and we have over 3,000 events). Thank you!

ParticipantHi Cliff,
We were able to figure out this issue. There was a problem with EMS Master Calendar and it wasn’t generating the iCal feed. We have another problem though. We’re doing a scheduled import and events are now showing up twice. Can you assist with this? I went through the settings, but couldn’t find anything to change for this.
Thank you very much for the assistance!
Best,

ParticipantHi Cliff,
Thank you for the help!
Yes, so the migration did not bring over our saved imports and I can’t find anything in the WordPress admin under Events called “Scheduled Imports” or “History.” I can see look at individual events that came over and see the following EMS sync data:

)But this doesn’t contain an iCal feed. Is there anywhere else you can think of that would contain this link? I will talk to the IT tech about the database searches you advised.
Thank you again!

ParticipantIf I change the timezone again, will all the changes I just made to 250+ events change again forcing me to change them all over again?
tiboston
ParticipantOur WordPress Time Zone is UTC-5 which it has been for sometime.
Where did you import the iCal feed into. The links you provided link back to by system calendar, not the website events calendar so I cant compare apples to apples. I am happy to gotomeeting or gotoassist with you to show you my instance.
I can share a screen shot of what I have, but the thread box will not accept images.

ParticipantI’ve had to delete the recurring import as all the events I corrected the time on, were then updated to the wrong times again.

ParticipantI know your turn around time is 24-48 hours but my website is showing all wrong data and we are two days away from a major holiday here and I need this working correctly. Please respond so I can get some help fixing the import glitch.
tiboston
ParticipantIf I add the iCal feed to outlook, everything imports on the correct time zone. With the Events Calendar Pro, it imports a 4 hour difference.
tiboston
ParticipantEverything is importing with exactly a 4 hour difference in time. The Time Zone in WordPress is correct and the Time Zone in calendaring system is correct.

ParticipantThe iCal Importer is importing the wrong information with the associated events. It has my events listed at 10PM and Midnight when they really fall at 5 and 6 PM. The events are correct in our Events Management system. The Ical feed is also correct if I link it to any of my Google Calendars, but with your app, it is showing all wrong times.

ParticipantOk. Thank you I now have everything up to date and the widget is showing again, now I just need to wipe out the existing calendar events and add the new iCal import. Though I cant see where to wipe the entire calendar instead of deleting page by page.
tiboston
ParticipantIf I manually update them, I dont want the widgets to reset causing me to have to reassociate all of the filters again..
tiboston
ParticipantIs there anyway I can get consistent help in a timely fashion as my hands are currently tied. I have paid for all my plugins and they are no longer working in their current environment. Please help…
tiboston
ParticipantI just updated the events calendar to work with the iCal Importer and it says now that the Filtering and Pro Plugins are out of date. Also my upcoming events widget has disappeared from the homepage, but the widget still shows enabled in the dashboard. I need to get this working ASAP and would appreciate a faster response. The license keys are also showing expired in WordPress for Filtering and Pro plugins even though your site has them listed as active until 2016.
