Hi, thanks, yes I did do all of that as requested. Here are the screenshots as requested as well. Thanks so much.

Yes I am guessing it is my them then. That REALLY sucks, how am I supposed to know in the future if I decide to use a different theme, if it’s compatible beforehand? Is this possible?

Also I have no idea what you are talking about: One thing I noticed — not that it’s the cause of the issue — is that you have a space in your child theme’s directory name: http://thelakecountrymom.com/wp-content/themes/Pretty%20Chic

You should change “Pretty Chic” to “pretty-chic” or “pretty_chic” or “prettychic” — lower case and no space is best.

Thank you for telling me, but it is beyond my knowledge.

    Thanks!

Okay so meant to say once I flipped my them over to the 2015 template it worked, so that means it does NOT work with my theme? How am I supposed to know what theme it works with? This is SUPER disappointing.

    Hi Cliff,

Small world! 🙂 Thanks for your help, but I went through the whole Testing for Conflicts Guide and disabled plugins and found nothing wrong. I did everything it suggested, and still get the error, that I was getting before. So does this mean that the community add on is not compatible with my site/theme? UGHHHH.

    thanks

Can anyone please help with this issue? If there isn’t a way to resolve, please tell me so, so I can stop trying a move on to a new plug-in. I have spend several entire wasted days trying to correct this problem. I have done everything the forums have suggested from people with similar issues. Permalinks end with post, not default (always have) I have deactivated the plug-ins, I have re-installed the Event Calendar & Pro version twice. WordPress is up to date, the Event Calendar & Pro are up to date versions. All my other plug-ins on site are not new, nor have been recently updated. ALL PAST & PRESENT RECURRING EVENTS are affected. You click on them individually and gives the 404 error, sating it no longer exists. I PAID for the PRO version and it is doing me NO GOOD AT ALL!!!! Is this a scam or what? I cannot deal with this, I paid for it to HAVE recurring events, that is what I wanted and that is what I NEED. Anyone out there that can help me? Please. Thank you.

No I have not updated any plug ins recently. Nothing has changed. It’s completely messed up, all recurring events whether past or present are not working and causing errors.
