I found the answer here: https://tri.be/support/forums/topic/upcoming-events-widget-is-blank/
I deleted the widget and re-added it and everything is back to normal.January 2, 2013 at 4:29 pm in reply to: Attendees list shows pending items that were canceled and deleted #30215Targeted VictoryParticipantDidn’t see that thread! Yes, the same issue as listed there. Based on reading that thread there doesn’t seem to be any way to remove them presently.
Targeted VictoryParticipantJust a quick reply: we can definitely create custom fields with WooCommerce and they show up in the order details in the admin side. I have yet to finalize it, or tie it all together in a way that will make sense for the client (I’d like to see if I can add the guest information to the attendee list, and even to the tickets themselves via overriding the pdf functionality with a custom function, for example) but it’s slowly starting to come together. When I’m finished I can post up some notes on what I’ve done in case it helps someone else looking to do something similar.
Targeted VictoryParticipantHi Barry, I have nothing at all in place yet to be honest. I’m still in the thinking things through phase. Since an order number isn’t available until the order is made (I think?), perhaps the place to add the registration form in would be on the checkout page. I’m now scouring over the WooCommerce tutorials to see how to achieve this and I think it’s possible using custom fields in the checkout.
Prior to purchasing the WooTickets addon for our client, I had never worked with WooCommerce before (and honestly not a lot with The Events Calendar itself!) so forgive all of my questions please 🙂

Targeted VictoryParticipantBarry, on the features request board, you said “While not straightforward, exactly, I believe it is possible to do this without modifying core plugin code. It definitely could and probably should be easier, though.” I’ve made my changes to he-events-calendar/lib/tickets/tribe-tickets.php at this point. We are using the plugin for a conference, so there are many different tickets available for the events. I needed to have the ticket name itself show up on the ticket, not just the event name. Is there a better way to do this? I also have a registration question, but I’ll start a new thread for that.
Btw, thanks for providing forum support this week!
Targeted VictoryParticipantThis is a great plugin and I’m really enjoying working with it! Seconding (thirding?) a couple of requests:
1. Attendee names on the tickets, not just the purchaser.
2. Customization of the pdf output that doesn’t require modifying core plugin files.
3. Ticket holder name on the attendees list. For 2 and 3, I’ve modified the core plugin files and had to make a lot of notes so I won’t forget when it is time to update. We are using WooTickets for a convention, definitely interested in seeing what we’ll be able to do when the conference plugin is available.
