P.S. I don’t know if Start times have the same issue, as we always add our events in the wee hours of the morning, but I would check that as well.

Define soon? I know you are working on 3.0 version of the calendar, but I made the mistake of switching over to wootickets for our services prematurely, and my customers are paying the price. Don’t get me wrong, I love the product and what it COULD be, but right now it is NOT finished and I am doing a tremendous amount of extra work trying to fill in all the holes in wooticket’s scope.

In my opinion, Wootickets is at a late alpha early beta stage, and it should be listed as such. Once the following features are complete, I would consider it an actual viable solution.

    1. Attendee Names added to checkout and at the door/check in. I can not imagine a single use of tickets where the attendee’s name isn’t a critical part of check in at the door. Furthermore, I feel that the modified and configurable attendee check in list/page should be accessible to a lower user security setting for staff use. I want my staff checking in people, I do NOT want them to be able to edit my events!
    2. Allow us to customize tickets. I would be satisfied with adding and editing what fields display, as long as it included the possibility of adding custom and non-wooticket fields, but really this should allow us to customize the tickets in any way we see fit. Graphics, etc.
    3. Advanced ticket management. Overviews of ticket sales directly from Event page, product page, etc. The ability to add wooticket fields to the event overview views. The ability to easily create new views for our staff, and assign them to lower security level users, to allow staff to do their jobs without giving them access to messing up events or sales.

I will add my name to the ring for this as a feature request. I need to know who is coming at the door, not who bought the ticket.
