ParticipantIt does not work that way. It only sends me to the front end of the site where the event is displayed to the public.

ParticipantThat is the problem. They gave us the money and we purchased it with our company account like we usually do. They are not going to purchase it again.
Can you please ask someone else about this. I see no reason why this can’t be done. Maybe your supervisor can make it happen?

ParticipantCourtney,
That is not at all what I asked. Please read again and answer the question I asked.

ParticipantHi George,
Okay, we removed the header.php and the footer.php from the child theme since there were no custom edits to it and the filter bar started working again.
Thanks for helping me narrow it down!
Have a good day,

ParticipantHi George,
You are correct. When I switch to parent theme, the filter bar started working again, so it does have something to do with my child theme. At least that narrows it down. I’m not a PHP person so I have no idea what it could be. Do you have any clue?
Also, it says there is another new update (I just did that a week or so ago), but now it’s saying that my license key has used all of its installs. I’ve only updated it a couple of times and I have only reinstalled only once and that was when you told me to. How is that possible?? What if this new update somehow fixes the problem?
Let me know,
Katstratweb

ParticipantThe conflict appears to be with the theme we are using. We’re not about to redo this site in another theme to make the calendar filter bar work. This feature is very important to our customer. Surely you have other options to fix it.

ParticipantOh also, when I first installed it on the new site, the calendar was visble, then it disappeared. I have used this plugin several times and have not had these issues.
stratweb
ParticipantYes, I have done all of those things and more. Now I have installed the free version on a brand new site and it is doing the same thing.
