It’s been more the 24 hours, however, and I don’t see Event Tickets Plus in our licenses area.

ParticipantThanks again for taking a look, identifying that those tags were only coming in as a result of the javascript not loading properly ended up pointing me in the right direction. I downloaded a fresh version of the plugin and re-uploaded a couple of the .js files in the /resources/ directory within the plugin, and there you go, it started working again. No idea how or why some of those .js files got goofed up, but they did.

ParticipantSo we’ve had some kind of breakthrough it seems – these ticket emails are actually being sent when the order has been marked as completed. It seems the reason they are not sent immediately is that paypal transactions are marked as “Processing” until an admin clicks complete. Is there anyway to automate this complete status when payment is received, or will an admin need to complete the orders manually?

ParticipantThanks for the idea but unfortunately this did not solve my issue. I still receive the order confirmation email, but I never get the actual tickets.
Any other ideas?

ParticipantZwiers – please create your own support topic rather than tagging along on this one as our issues seem unrelated.
Josh – I have updated WooTickets to version 3.7 and I’m still not receiving the ticket emails (at least not within 5 minutes of receiving the order receipt)
