    Hi Jaime,

Sure thing, here is one: https://cl.ly/rayr – and again for reference here’s the German events page: https://thomashuebl.com/de/calendar/

Shouldn’t Germany show in the Country options drop down for filters?

    Thanks,
    Jonah

    Hi Jaime,

Thanks for the reply. I’ve created a staging environment, deactivated all unrelated plugins, and reverted to Twenty Seventeen and the issue still persists. Please let me know what else we can try.

    Thanks,
    Jonah

    Hey Jaime,

I added an API key and tested again and it still does not work. Let me know what else we can try.

    Thanks,

    Hi Brendan,

Thanks for your reply! Yes, the screen does refresh and the WPML page indicates that I should have these strings available in the String Translation page, but they don’t appear and when I return to the previous screen, the boxes are unchecked for all the strings again.

I have tried deactivating all other plugins and reverting to the Twenty Seventeen theme in a staging environment and this has no effect.

Please let me know what else we can do.

    Thanks!

    Hey Andras,

I rolled back to 4.6.13 and indeed it appears to have fixed the issue. We’ll stick with that until you guys come out with an official fix and will look out for an update here. Thanks for your help!

    Hey Victor,

Thanks for the reply! The use case would basically be, say you have a recurring event with lots of upcoming events vs. other events further out in the future and you would like to show more of the recurring events vs. the further out other events. It’s simply a way to have a little more control over what is shown upcoming. Ideally this would be a text box option to modify how many recurring events show.

    Thanks for your consideration!

    Hey Juan,

This is great. I didn’t find this initially anywhere in the documentation, so if it’s not already there I would suggest you guys add it somewhere. It would probably help a lot of other people who want to display the selected timezone for an event 🙂

    Thanks!

    Hi Juan,

Thank you very much for your reply. I’m familiar with the PHP date function and had tried what you suggested before, but this resulted in the same issue. Using the filter you provided and/or appending that code to the proper places in /tribe-events/modules/meta/details.php also results in the same thing. The only timezone displayed is CEST (Central European Standard Time) which as I’ve mentioned we currently have Berlin set as the website timezone in the general WordPress settings. So, something doesn’t seem to be working right here. Can you please help?

    Thanks,
    Claire

    Hi Juan,

We have done template customization, but checking the customization against the core plugin files, I’m not seeing significant difference as it relates to the timezone or date/time display. Particularly with single events.

We’re wanting to display the timezone in the sidebar Event Details section as you can see in the single events here: http://unifiedthomas.wpengine.com/event/teaching-trip-china/ or here: http://unifiedthomas.wpengine.com/event/download-meditation/2018-04-17/

Let me know if you need any other information.

    Thanks,
    Claire
