Due to the urgent deadline, we have now decided to continue working with another solution. Last but not least it is the interaction of different components (cms, theme, woocommerce, event tickets) that cause problems here – but unfortunately we cannot fix them all in the given time. So we have used both codes and tried to display the products instead of the event tickets but unfortunately nothing happens. still the event tickets plus are displayed and not the products of woocommerce. we tried both ways here. both we tried the way over the child theme and the way to edit the tickets.php directly. if even this way does not work, then this code does not seem to work altogether…

it is very unfortunate that the usability of the plugins is so bad when even web developers can’t find solutions. In addition, the waiting times for answers here in support are long, especially if you are dealing with problems that need a quick solution.

I first uninstalled all the plugins of Modern Tribe, because there were too many problems in combination with Woocommerce. We are not sure if we will continue to use Event Calendar Plus and Ticktes Plus because the design options are too complicated, too difficult for daily use. We could also work with the pre-installed design of events pro if there were the possibility to make some changes to the functions and appearance. So in the single view we would need a drop-down to select one of 4 different ticket types, for example, family ticket, group ticket, single ticket and so on. Near the choice of the ticket type this ticket should appear and one should be able to determine there the number of tickets, whereby also here depending upon ticket type already pre-set minimum quantities would have to be indicated. So you have to buy at least 3 tickets or more if you choose the family ticket.

as far as appearance is concerned, you can see in the screenshot that the ticket is displayed in tabular form. However, the columns do not adapt correctly to the contents at the moment. The selection range for the number of tickets is too small and should be wider.

Is there a way to customize this functionality and design without overwriting the php files?

Thx for your quick response. It is still leading to a 404 page. I tested both versions – event calender 4.101 plus event calender pro 4.1 as well as event calender 4.101 plus event calender pro 4.0.7. What else can I do?
