Yes it the same event.
If i change “meta_value” of “_stock” to 1, then it gives this error on checkout page:
Error: Sorry! Only -18 tickets remainingSo i change it back to 19, which is the total capacity. Now the error is:
Error: Get your seat for June 3rd ticket is sold outBut if i change the “_stock” value to 20, then the error disappears and the checkout/purchase flow works correctly.

We have one remaining but users are not able to purchase the ticket and it is giving them sold error on the checkout page.

Is it possible if we set up a time where I change the total capacity to the previous one 19 so that you could see the issue or if it is not needed?

I can change the total capacity to 19 to show you the error but then users will not be able to purchase it.I have forwarded your email to my developer. Please continue the communication with him.
