Okay now I am trying to look into the fieldsets feature that you have. I am trying to add a new field type for the fieldsets which is a date field. I am going to add it on the plugin directly, can I ask for guidance on how to do this? I already started on this though, I just need to know which files should I touch.

Hi Geoff,

Many thanks for your respond, we have developer that could customise the feature just thought if you have paid addon for that PDF feature, just couldn’t imagine why such an important feature could be left out from a great plugin like this. How do you really expect the tickets to be printed out properly without having them in PDF? I have guests came with 5-10 tickets holding a stack of papers! and you can do now is the list of freelancers ….

Really do hope you have the feature in the future upgrade as I said before I really don’t mind to pay more for the feature as it crucial and important for the business, for our guests and our counter staff.

Hi Brook,

I’m having some issue with the QR code, when I scanned with the iphone it didn’t bring to the login page and even when I’m login on one of the safari tab. The Qr code basically just loads the homepage of the event.

Hi Brian,

I’m having the same issue with the QR code as well, by changing the QR.php code does it mean that we have to update the file every time we upgrade of the plugin?
