PDF TICKET ADDON

Hi there,

I know this has been asked before and there is no feature for having the ticket in PDF format at the moment, however though can you work out some kind of customise addon for the plugin to have the PDF feature? Don’t mind to pay extra for the custom addon if that’s possible.

Hi Darion and thanks for reaching out!

I’m really sorry to say that I am not aware of any custom add-ons for attaching a PDF of an event’s ticket to the email. We do, however, have a list of freelancers who we would happily recommend and might be available and able to help with that level of customization.

Again, sorry I don’t have a concrete solution for you here, but does this at least help point you in the right direction? Please let me know.

Many thanks for your respond, we have developer that could customise the feature just thought if you have paid addon for that PDF feature, just couldn’t imagine why such an important feature could be left out from a great plugin like this. How do you really expect the tickets to be printed out properly without having them in PDF? I have guests came with 5-10 tickets holding a stack of papers! and you can do now is the list of freelancers ….

Really do hope you have the feature in the future upgrade as I said before I really don’t mind to pay more for the feature as it crucial and important for the business, for our guests and our counter staff.

Hi Darion,

Thanks for following up! We did indeed have a PDF ticket in a much earlier version of the plugin. However, we received a very popular feature request to remove it completely in favor of all electronic. The popularity of that request was so great that we couldn’t ignore it and decided to draw the line there.

We do have yet another request to re-add the PDF feature. While switching back to PDFs is unlikely given the reasons we made the initial switch, perhaps you could add your vote to that request and suggest that the feature be made an option in the settings rather than an all-or-nothing sort of thing.

Sorry for the bad news but I did want to at least let you know that this is something we never overlooked.
