So is it okay to update? I am seeing posts from others saying the latest version has caused problems. Please advise. thank you!

Thank you. I had to go ahead and disable the other plugin and use a different one that worked. I wasn’t trying to add additional fields for tickets, they were for other non-ticket products that I also sell on the same site using woocommerce.

My problem is fixed now, but if you’re interested in looking into the conflict in the future, it’s with a plugin called Product Add-on Forms by IgniteWoo.

Thank you. I will be awaiting a fix anxiously. In the meantime, I downgraded WC to 3.1.2 as recommended. I tried re-activating the glitchy form add-on plugin to see if downgrading WC helped, but it did not. Same behavior. Only the first ticket type will add to the cart. Very frustrating. I have reached out to the plugin’s maker as well to see if they have any ideas.

One more update: I went thru and deactivated all 44 active plugins. Turns out is IS the IgniteWoo.com Product Add-on Forms plugin. Which I PAID for. And it worked for what it was supposed to do, but apparently it is not compatible with your plugin. Any insight as to why?

It’s a plugin that allows me to add a custom add-on form to a WC product to take extra information. It’s vital to my site.

I can look for an alternative, but I already paid for this one… any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Just to update: I went to the April Luncheon and added another test ticket type. It’s now the “first” in the list (ie., the most recent created). Now it’s the only one that will add to the cart. The member and guest types will not add.

This seems to be some weird thing where only the most recently created ticket type actually adds to the cart.

    Any ideas??? Thank you!

Thanks for the response. That is helpful – except when I go to manage
attendees, there is nothing listed there anymore. I deleted the order
and everything, like I mentioned before. I went back and restored the
order thru WooCommerce but nothing shows up in the Attendees area of the
event on the back end. I just see the attendee in the list on the actual
event page & I also see the “cancelled” listing. But on the back
end…no attendee. So I think there needs to be some kind of hard erase
of the data somewhere, unless I’m missing something else.

    Thanks!
