ParticipantHi Juan, is this button off-set part of your design?

ParticipantYes, fantastic, thank you Juan.
One last thing before I get my testers involved.
SUMMARY:
Regarding RSVPs: My capacity is 38. I RSVP for 1 and this reduces the capacity to 37. RSVP decides to cancel, I delete the RSVP and capacity resets back to 38, as it should – Nice!
Regarding Ticketed class: My capacity is 38. I sell 1 ticket, capacity is reduced to 37. Ticket purchaser wants a refund. I delete the order, however, capacity does not reset back to 38.
Question: Can you help troubleshoot this problem?

ParticipantSUMMARY:
The RSVP class works correctly: emails are now sent and received since changing object-cache.php to object-cache.OLD.phpAND
the capacity resets when a RSVP is deleted, whereas a few days ago it did not.

ParticipantHi Juan, I used the Duplicator plugin to create a backup.

ParticipantHi Juan, I’ve done that at least three times. What about deactivating plug-ins, etc. I was hoping that you had an answer I’ve got to get this thing to work we’re very close but it’s not going to be approve the way it’s currently working so I appreciate your effort but we will continue trying to get this thing to work.

ParticipantI see unlimited on both the backend (I already sent an image) and the frontend (when collapsed it shows 38) when expanded is shows unlimited. Attached is screenshot of the front end. This was working great then yesterday it broke. The link I sent was incorrect, it’s the adoption classes that show unlimited.
Here’s the correct URL: http://437.10f.myftpupload.com/events/category/adoption-classes/

ParticipantHi Juan, yes, we are on GoDaddy. The fix worked, and I am now able to RSVP and I now receive my email comfirmation response. This is great news – Juan, thx for the great support. BTY, the link to the Godaddy article you sent is in a foreign language (where are you located?).
1. Regarding my RSVP classes, what is the workflow for decreasing a RSVP? Say, I decided that I will not attend. I was expecting that, as the class administrator, I could simply delete the RSVP, and then capacity would reset, but this doesn’t seem to be the case, so what is the workflow? You mentioned manually resetting (for RSVP) but you can’t change the value.
2. Regarding my ticketed classes, something has broken (BTW, it was working the other day) with regards to setting capacity. I’ve attached 4 screenshots showing 3 ticket creation screens and the final list. As you can see each ticket was set at 38 capacity, but the listing shows unlimited capacity as does the live view. Here is the URL to my class listing: Here’s the URL: http://437.10f.myftpupload.com/events/category/program-introduction/

ParticipantI do now see a debug.log file.
Here are its contents:[17-Apr-2018 22:21:57 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method APCu_Object_Cache::incr2() in /home/content/a2pewpnaspod05_data03/40/41327040/html/wp-content/object-cache.php on line 240

ParticipantSince I don’t see a debug.log file in /wp-content or an error_log file, I’m assuming I didn’t enable debug mode correctly. Check out what I did – screen capture shows where I edited wp-config.php

ParticipantI enabled both WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG. I don’t see a debug.log file in /wp-content or in the error_log. but the following output appeared on the screen when the “HTTP ERROR 500” error occured.
Fatal error: Call to undefined method APCu_Object_Cache::incr2() in /home/content/a2pewpnaspod05_data03/40/41327040/html/wp-content/object-cache.php on line 240

ParticipantI used tickets editor within the Event add/edit screen. I’ve attached a screen capture of my products page.
Where do I enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG?

ParticipantI have two types of classes, one where I sell tickets, and one RSVP.
Regarding the the class that only requires a RSVP, I have someone testing the page for me and they get a HTTP ERROR 500 when they confirm the RSVP. It works when I’m logged in, but not as an logged out user.
Here’s the URL: http://437.10f.myftpupload.com/events/category/program-introduction/
Can you please try it for me and let me know what you think might be the problem.
I do need anonymous testers, so I need to find a solution.
Please advise.

ParticipantGreat progress since we last spoke.
On another matter. I’m testing selling tickets. I started with a capacity of 38, sold three tickets, capacity is now 35. I deleted the three tickets I sold, and was expecting to see the capacity reset back to 38, but the capacity (as you can see in the attached image is still at 35) does not change. How do I reset capacity.
