I’ve done this but inserted the define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); as the define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); didn’t exist.

This requires changes to our live site so we would need to organise a 15 minute slot to do this at a mutually convenient time. Could we do this live on skype or the telephone? Replies in the forum are very slow.

Yes, the Request information for each attendee is checked.

The fields I have are as follows (see attachment).

Yes I can see the attendees report. The same name appears multiple times when someone purchases multiple tickets, we don’t get multiple names and the bespoke info.

No, as already stated I have this checkbox “Request information for each attendee during registration / The name and contact info of the person acquiring tickets is collected by default” ticked in my config and as you can see from my URL it isn’t collecting data for each attendee!

I also have my custom fields setup and it still doesn’t collect data!
