Sorry, this still isn’t working.

If you visit:

The TIGA Games Industry Awards 2016

and try to purchase tickets you are not requested info for each attendee. Yet that check box is setup on the event setup page.

Please help.

There’s no data to report as if you follow my link above you can see it doesn’t request the data for each attendee at point of purchase.
