MemberHi Karen
Maybe I’m not understanding the problem you’re trying to solve. The list view on your site is looking good. I’m not seeing anymore of the 2.0.11 legacy layouts. What’s left that you’re trying to solve?reid peifer
MemberHi Michael
Thanks for the note. We’re taking your feedback seriously and looking at consolidating script loading for an upcoming release.
In the short term, I’m bumping this up to see if I can get you an answer on unenqueing css & js filesreid peifer
MemberHey Karen
It looks like you’ve got it all figured out. Is that the case? What ended up being the solution?July 31, 2013 at 11:20 pm in reply to: Event List Widget: Want bullets and no blank line between events #58200reid peifer
MemberHi Susan
You’re almost there! Just add !important after the 5px. So in the end your code will look like this
.tribe-events-adv-list-widget ol li { margin-bottom: 5px !important; }July 24, 2013 at 2:21 pm in reply to: Event List Widget: Want bullets and no blank line between events #56957reid peifer
MemberHi Sue
I just double checked your site, and that *snippet* should be right. Can you add it to your stylesheet, and let me know when it’s there? Then I can see why it’s not overriding the plugin styles and tweak the snippet accordingly.reid peifer
MemberIf you don’t see multiples there, can you walk me through the upgrade steps that you took? That might help trouble shoot a bit.

MemberHi Karen
I’d be happy to help with some css tweaks. I just took a quick look at your site, and I’m seeing some non standard behaviors. Is it possible that you have both the 2.0.11 plugin AND the newest 3.0 version of the plugin installed at the same time? To check this, visit your plugins page in the admin and see if you have multiple instances of both the core & pro plugins. For instance, I’m seeing the 3.0 version here: http://southernarizonaguide.com/events/month/
and the 2.0.11 Version here: http://southernarizonaguide.com/events/I’ll be checking email regularly for the next few hours, so if you update this ticket, I’ll get back to you.

MemberHi Susan
I just went to check your site, but it looks like you’re having a server problem. Is your database down?July 22, 2013 at 9:00 am in reply to: Cannot find the CSS file to modify the Widget for Event List #56320reid peifer

MemberHi Star
I just tested this with 2.0.11 and was not able to produce the same bug. Have you double checked Events > Settings > Default Content within your WP admin to see if you somehow got NY selected as the default state?reid peifer
MemberLet me know how that goes. It’s not a customization that we’re likely to support, but it’s interesting to know if it works.
I hope that get’s you rolling.reid peifer
MemberHi Birchmere
So… you can try the follow to just hide it. The date selector is pretty integral to the calendar’s functionality – so I can’t vouch that this isn’t going to cause troubles, but I did a quick local test and things seemed to work ok.Edited – I put the css snippet in a gist for you.

MemberHi Supernaut
I see how that could be construed as a bug. That field is left as content entry in case someone wants to write Donation, or $10-$. We’ll look for ways to make that function more how you’re expecting it to or communicate it’s intent more clearly.reid peifer
MemberHi Birchmere – does that mean you got it figured out? I think i see descriptions on the events that have images. Let me know if this is all good.

Membernote – if you use the code tag in the forum, you can paste in code without it being stripped.
