ParticipantI am trying to fix the a.tribe-events-button on and off in the top left corner of the list view. OR at least I think I am. that is what the inspector says these classes are for anyway. they do not seem to have any affect, however. I would send you a pic if I could. it is just under the header and above the date. Thanks!

MemberHi Karen
I’d be happy to help with some css tweaks. I just took a quick look at your site, and I’m seeing some non standard behaviors. Is it possible that you have both the 2.0.11 plugin AND the newest 3.0 version of the plugin installed at the same time? To check this, visit your plugins page in the admin and see if you have multiple instances of both the core & pro plugins. For instance, I’m seeing the 3.0 version here: http://southernarizonaguide.com/events/month/
and the 2.0.11 Version here: http://southernarizonaguide.com/events/I’ll be checking email regularly for the next few hours, so if you update this ticket, I’ll get back to you.

MemberIf you don’t see multiples there, can you walk me through the upgrade steps that you took? That might help trouble shoot a bit.

Participantthank you for getting back to me. I am sorry, I was waiting for a reply in my mail and finally decided to look. Must have forgotten to check the box. There are NO extra copies of of the plugin, either by looking at the installed plugins, OR in CPanel. I have learned to disable and delete the existing plugins before installing the new ones. I have had some misadventures while learning. Perhaps there are some gremlins left somewhere, (database perhaps? ) You must have consulted with Barry , and if not I do not want you to duplicate your efforts, so please discuss who might want to handle this with me. I have nuked everything twice. thanks for your help

MemberHey Karen
It looks like you’ve got it all figured out. Is that the case? What ended up being the solution?August 1, 2013 at 4:18 am #58221karen
Participantno, I haven’t. I have looked for all the cache items, deleted them, checked for the existence of a query.jpax.js. Not sure where to go from here and can’t expect you to, unless you know of something else I can look for. thanks.

ParticipantKaren, where exactly are you finding this class applied? I see it in two locations on your ‘List View’: for the Find Events button and also on the iCal import button, but you report seeing in a top left corner?

MemberHi Karen
Maybe I’m not understanding the problem you’re trying to solve. The list view on your site is looking good. I’m not seeing anymore of the 2.0.11 legacy layouts. What’s left that you’re trying to solve?August 1, 2013 at 10:32 am #58284karen
ParticipantReid,
Sorry. Again I was so focused on another issue in Community Events, that I am told is due to RELICS. I assumed that the layout issues in this thread would not be fixed either. I didn’t even look. Yes, thank you.. they look Great.. !August 2, 2013 at 9:12 am #58509Leah
MemberGlad to hear the layouts are looking good Karen! I’m going to go ahead and close up this thread, but if you need any more help feel free to open another.
Best,
