ParticipantJust as an update, I’ve updated all plugins and the version of WP.
I tried disabling all in one security in case it was this but to no avail.
Sadly, it still seems to be an issue

ParticipantHi,
Thanks for confirming.
I’ve purchased a new licence but still have the same issue.
Please can you assist?
Many thanks

ParticipantHi Patricia,
Thanks for the reply.
So you need a licence to do all imports? I thought you only required a licence to do updates to the plugin?
Simon Groves
ParticipantThanks
It’s custom code that had to go on the WooCommerce file rather than an ET+ file
It would be good to know if there is another way of doing this?
Simon Groves
ParticipantRight
I’ve finally solved the issue and it stems from this code added to woocommerce/emails/email-order-itemsp.php
Code can be seen here: https://pastebin.com/i4R1NP80
It allows the attendee names to be added into the Woo emails
I guess once Woo updated to version 3, this caused conflict.
Can’t quite see what’s causing the issue though – any help there would be good
Otherwise, I think the site is now running ok!!

ParticipantThanks Cliff,
This is what we have set: https://pasteboard.co/8aGxzcOpU.png

ParticipantAgain, would like to add to this after further testing.
– Updated WooCommerce to 3.0.7 but made no odds
– Recreated entire test site
– Created a new test event, placed order using COD not a payment gateway and shows– Back on the live site I added a new event, went through the test and nothing in the attendee list
Can’t see why the test site would work and the live site would fail – they’re exactly the same, the test site is in a sub directory on the same server
At a total loss now.
– Same server
– Same theme
– Same plugins
– Same updatesAny ideas? Sorry to keep updating this but getting desperate for a solution! As mentioned before, happy to provide cpanel, ftp or wp access to help speed up a solution
Thanks

ParticipantHi Cliff,
Correct, the info is in the DB but still not showing under the Attendee Report: https://pasteboard.co/7FO4yYeVZ.png
I’ve updated the ticket and calendar plugin as well and this made no difference!
Would you like FTP/Site access?
Simon Groves
ParticipantApologies, the test DB does return results!!
Because I disabled the event calendar plugin, this stopped anything being returned.
Re-enabled and now results show in the test DB!

ParticipantHi Cliff,
Thanks for the reply.
Info requested:
– both sites hosted on the same server but no server changes
– on the live DB, _tribe_tickets_meta returns results
– on the test DB, _tribe_tickets_meta doesn’t return any results
– I’ve completed various transactions both free & paid and no attendee info is shownI think that covered everything?

ParticipantHi Cliff
I made a replica copy of the site for testing.
I switched to twenty-fifteen – made no difference
I switched to twenty-seventeen – made no difference
I disabled all plugins except:
– WooCommerce (3.0.6)
– Event Tickets (4.4.7)
– Event Tickets Plus (4.4.7)
– Events Calendar (4.5.1)If I then try to view all attendees on a booked event, it still has no data: http://pasteboard.co/6vZ1levLQ.png
Clicking Print or Export also has no data – just in case that worked.
I even tried disabling the Events Calendar plugin but that made no difference either
I have no console errors either
I’m happy to provide FTP and/or an admin account if that will help?
Thanks
