    Thanks for the answer.

I tried already before I asked you to change the theme to twenty-one. I’ve been the whole process by disabling all plugins. It’s still the same.
I have also run WP Optimice to see if it was a database problem. It did not help either.
I am convinced that the problem has arisen after deleting some tickets, which still appear to be sold.
It is strange that the sum in dkr. fits it actually sold.
woocommerce is completely accurate with sold out and 18 sold.
The same applies to events that are also sold 18 out of 18.
It’s only on the total since it’s crazy. The problem is that I have to pay tax that what appears as sold in total.

I can not find a total_sales field on product page to edit, I can see that there is sold 18 and that is correct. can you help me?

    mvh Preben.

As mentioned earlier, all events / tickets are created for a specific period / with a specific version of the ticket that has the problem. There are no deleted events / tickets for that period. So this is another problem

    Hi.
    Thanks.
Yes the participants is showing up on backend
How do I send you the files? They are to big to drop in here.

I have a dropbox, and if there is a mail adress I can give access, I can upload them there, And you can get the files from there

Relating to. No. 2. I have found that it works with rsvp but not when the tickets are purchased via woocommerce.

Relating to. No. 3. Events created during the period 26 June to 18 November do not show participants on frontend.
So, it must be because these events are created with a version that does not work with the latest version. I am sorry, that I can’t remember what version I had in that period.
Events from before June 26th are quite ok. The same with events after 18 November.

Relating to. screenshot, then see my comment here in this thread from January 11th. I have shown what you are requesting.

It is not because of Woo Canvas theme that there are ploblems.

When RSVP also displays names – See this link. http://mcikast.dk/event/ole-espersens-bisaettelse/

Hope you get these errors corrected ….

    Thanks getting back to me.

All of this has already been tried. It has started with the latest update of the events calendar, event ticket and event ticket plus.
I have previously changed all previous events when you changed from checking out to not be displayed. to check for display.
    Otherwise it has run well.
I think that the events created before the previous update will not show participants, but the events created with version 4.6.2 will be displayed.
I am about to downgrade so it will work again.

Some events show nice participants, others do not. This though, show attendants list on event admin page is marked.
Here’s an example where the participants are not shown: http://mcikast.dk/event/julefrokost/
I have attached a file that shows that the selection “show attendants list on event page” is set. And there are 23 attendees. But nothing on frontend.

picture 1 is no 2 in the uploaded series
picture 2 is no 3 in the uploaded series
picture 3 is no 1 in the uploaded series

Do not know why it was changed during upload
    Sorry

Okay, I will try to explain.
    3 pictures shared.

picture 1 (ticket1) shows the name of the event. “Poker aftener i vinter”
picture 2 (ticket2) shows the name noted in ticket field on the event. “Poker aften”
picture 3 (ticket3) shows the name on the mail send to the attendee. “Poker aftener i vinter”

The name send to attendee should be the same as the one we noted in ticket field.

    Hope you understand.

    Hi.
    Thanks for the answer.

That’s what I’ve done. It also writes that it is ok.

BUT – when I go to edit event, then comes the error message again.
When I go to settings again, there is no longer any key. It happens every time I try.

I have now installed ticket plus and updated with the key, but i Can’t activate it. I get this error:

It looks like you’re using Event Tickets Plus, but the license key you supplied does not appear to be valid or is missing. Please review and fix so that you can always have access to our latest versions!

You can find your license keys by logging in to your account on theeventscalendar.com and you can enter them over on the settings page.
