ParticipantHi Patricia,
Thanks for confirming, we’ll keep an eye out for a notice/email from your team about a patch for this.

ParticipantHi Patricia,
Thanks for your reply.
I’ve followed the steps outlined in the KB from your second reply and am still not able to view Attendee Info (via my admin account and test customer account) on the front-end.

ParticipantWhen going to WooCommerce > Orders, I’m seeing the following error under the Actions column:
Deprecated: Non-static method Tribe__Tickets_Plus__Commerce__WooCommerce__Main::order_has_tickets() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in /home/portara1/public_html/beta/wcf2017test/wp-content/plugins/wcf-attendees/wcf-attendees.php on line 58 Notice: Undefined property: WCF_Attendees::$order_has_tickets in /home/portara1/public_html/beta/wcf2017test/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Commerce/WooCommerce/Main.php on line 514December 28, 2016 at 1:46 pm in reply to: Attendee info not saving or showing in Attendee Lists again. #1211216Port
ParticipantThanks, Hunter! I went the manual update route and will continue to test.

ParticipantThanks, John! Unfortunately this website is not set up on hosting that allows us to easily create a staging version of the production site.
I’ve downloaded the latest versions from the My Account > Downloads section here, then installed on my beta site — I’m still seeing an update notice.

ParticipantI’m assuming I can download the latest versions from the My Account section here, then install on my beta site w/out any issues?

ParticipantHi Hunter,
I’m continuing to test this issue on a beta site. I see on our production site that there is an update to TEC Pro and Event Tickets Plus.
Our licenses are for one site — how should I go about getting our beta site updated to test for conflicts before going live with it on production?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Hunter,
Thanks for re-opening that thread! We’ll follow up in there for that separate/related issue.
One other possibility is that the Attendee info doesn’t display until the order has been marked as ‘Complete‘ in WooCommerce. We have two logged bug reports which could be related to the issue you’re experiencing
Unfortunately, attendee info is missing even on orders marked as Complete.
I’ll continue testing and report back with any errors I find.
Thanks for your help!

ParticipantThis may be off subject, but PayPal was experiencing a bug w/their Guest Checkout over the last few days/weeks. That has been resolved as of today, fyi, and users can now continue to checkout without creating a PayPal account.

ParticipantHunter — really quickly, I’m noticing that while viewing an Attendees list, not all ticket line items have a “View details” link on hover. Coincidently, these line items are that are missing that are also missing the attendee names.

ParticipantHi Hunter, thanks for the reply, I’ll get back to you in a bit!
John, PayPal is the only method of payment we’re accepting. I suppose if they checkout via PayPal, but go back to cart/checkout, then back to PayPal again, it could also be affecting us.

ParticipantIt looks like the temporary fix isn’t working completely — I’ve just taken a look at last night’s orders and attendee name fields are empty on most of them.
Setting up a completely new site to reproduce these same bugs that you all have stated have been fixed, yet are still an issue as you all have also confirmed, seems like a complete waste of time. Even if I did do that, what more can be done by you all until these is actually rectified?

ParticipantHunter,
For giggles, I applied the temporary fix mentioned in my first post here yesterday afternoon and am noticing that Attendee Names on orders place after that are showing now.
It seems that the transient issue is still relevant, even though it was patched per Geoff’s comment.

ParticipantHi Hunter,
I’m seeing the following error in the log:
[16-Dec-2016 09:55:09 America/Denver] PHP Deprecated: Automatically populating $HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA is deprecated and will be removed in a future version. To avoid this warning set ‘always_populate_raw_post_data’ to ‘-1’ in php.ini and use the php://input stream instead. in Unknown on line 0
We are running PHP 5.6.28 — could there be a conflict there?
