MemberThanks for following up Mark! That’s a clever workaround π Not sure if it will work as desired, but surely worth giving it a try!
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you,

MemberHi there Marc,
Thanks for getting in touch with us on this!
While it’s possible to sync events from your site to EventBrite all the functionality provided is related to EventBrite tickets. This mean you won’t be able to sync an event from your site to EventBrite unless you at least one ‘EventBrite ticket’ to it. The plugin will also not export WooCommerce tickets to Eventbrite events. The plugin is great when you have events in EventBrite (with tickets) and need to import them to your site. But although it’s possible to send events from your site to EventBrite, there must be at least one ‘EventBrite’ ticket created to do this.
Please let me know if this helps,

MemberHi there Karen,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I can help you here π
Let me start by saying I’m not quite sure I get the issue here. Can you clarify a bit and send the URLs to see this and/or add screenshots to explain a bit better what’s going on?
Also, what do you mean by “…except that some may be ONGOING without any end date…”? All events need to have an end date when created.
Please let me know about it and I’ll be glad to help,

MemberYou are welcome Woong! Stoked to hear this worked for you π
… whenever people connect our website, there must be redirections right?
Well not really, the first part of the snippet check if the current page is the correct one, and in that case it makes the redirect. If the user is viewing any other pages there won’t be any redirects.
Have you noticed any slowdowns? Have you changed the page slug for the correct one?
Please let me know about it,

MemberHi there Nhu,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! The setting you are referring to is a default WordPress setting and you can still find it in WP-Admin > Settings > General. I think the confusion here is that you are looking inside WP-Admin > Events > Settings > General / Display.
Please let me know about this,

MemberHey Phil,
Thanks for the follow-up! I can help you here π
There’s a new version of Events Calendar PRO released as well (4.4), that’s whay it’s showing as up to date. Make sure the Events Calendar PRO license key is configured in the site and proceed to update.
