Jane ClarkParticipant
Finally their staff member has admitted they didn’t purchase a license. Also, the license is no longer re-activating in my dashboard.
resolved. they will buy a license soon.
Jane ClarkParticipantHi Courtney,
I think the client’s staff member has not updated with their own license key but I can’t login to check because my access has been revoked. What I need to know is that the only reason for it to keep reactivating on my dashboard is because they have not purchased a new key. Could you put that in writing so I can pass it on to the client?
If the client has purchased a new license and activated it in their own dashboard then it will not reactivate in my dashbord. Is this correct? Does this indicate they have not activated their own license?
thanks – just trying to help them understand that their staff member is not telling the boss the right thing.
Jane ClarkParticipantThanks that is the information I was looking for.
The first response was not very helpful in comparison. You guys are the experts and it’s really hard to find information in the Themer’s guide if you don’t know where to look.
Jane ClarkParticipantSo there isn’t a way to display a date range for Oct 8 to Oct 15?
Jane ClarkParticipantyes that works thank you

Jane ClarkParticipantIt works to a point but I am wondering if there is a way to not have to scroll?
Jane ClarkParticipantIt is fixed now 🙂
After deactivating/reactivating theme and plugins
I then reset Events/Display/settingsand it came back.
thank you so much 🙂

Do I have to update the plugins manually?
Jane ClarkParticipantThank you this plugin worked perfectly!
Jane ClarkParticipantI looked at the Themer’s guide but couldn’t find the information I wanted..
Jane ClarkParticipantThank you that works now. Such a strange thing that you can’t update an event to recur… I’m glad we could work this out before the site went live. Thanks for your help and your quick response.
