While I had already reinstalled the Pro plugin, I deleted it and reinstalled and it seems to be working now.

    Thanks

Ok this will be much easier if I just let you in and play around. So, we have removed the countdown clock from our home page and placed it on a duplicate page called Support Home. You can go to http://www.nclongview.com/support-home to view it. For the last 48 hours, it has shown a live event. That is not correct.

Besides it showing the correct times, etc, we want to be able to assign a single category to it. Why is there no function for that?

I am going to send a second private message with the logins.

I’ll reply to each thing you posted before below:

    1. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link? This information was in my original post, as we have activated the automatic feature to import the system info. However, I have included it again below in a private message.

    2. Secondly, can you confirm that you are talking about the countdown found on the front page of your site ?
    Yes on the home page.

    3. If so, it looks like this countdown is not using our code or at least it is using a very customized version of our countdown widget.
This is incorrect. The only change that has been made to countdown.php is changing “EVENT” to “SERVICE.” In fact, Just before I messaged in, I redownloaded the plugin module built into our theme and replaced the one online. Changing one word shouldn’t interfere.

    4. Would you mind, sending me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
We are using ChurchSuite downloaded form Themeforest.net. It has had no hard modifications other than the change of events to services.

    5. Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website. This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.
    This has been covered already.

    6. Hang in there as we try to figure out what the cause of this issue is.
    Thanks for the help.

Yes we have switched themes, as I noted in my original post (it was a checkbox option in the original post).

Please follow this link and you will see that the countdown at the top of the page is not working. The countdown is a part of the events calendar system. http://www.clctyler.com/events/couples-date-night-2/

Also, click to another page (i.e. get connected) and you will see that the countdown works fine on those pages. The issue is isolated to the single event post pages.
