I have an add-on that I can share with you that will allow you to do this.

    Thank you for the reply…

I’ll add this to the Trello. It would be ‘slicker’ to clear out the attendee on existing products that are seasonal rather than rebuild them.

If you read this thread because you have built a custom post type and are experiencing weird issue with the attendee list. What you may want to try is to see if you have the post type editor open, and edit the ticket and save the ticket or rsvp (but do not click update on the post) does the attendee link work?

If it does then this is because your post type is not writing the update URL as ‘post’. I was a little suprised by this requirement but once I forced use of ‘post’ type, the attendee list works great and the sales report doesn’t not crash.

I can also comment that the behavior where when I clicked Attendee and received the error message about permissions was do to an outdated custom template file.

When you are having problems and use custom theme templates for Events Calendar Pro it’s a good idea to rename the directory temporarily to use the stock templates and see if you have an issue. It took me hours to think that one through.

On the custom post type post page I create a new RSVP or WooCommerce Ticket,

If I click save ticket and then click Attendees link the page is displayed.
If I click update on the post and then click Attendees link then I get the error message of ‘You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.’

If I go back and edit the ticket and save, I can then see the Attendee page by clicking the link.
If I click update, again I get the error.

If I try to make a Bulk Actions edit on the Attendee list page after editing a ticket and clicking save ticket, I get the same error.
However, the buttons for Print, Email, Export, and View Order all work as expected…unless I Update the Post and then I can’t get to the page.

This has solved my issue, hurray!!!

Man I am so happy about you offering this update today, I was really getting pinched on what to do since my site logic was so far down this road.
