ParticipantAs before I am just trying to figure out if this is a bug, bad code on my end or not possible…Is it possible to add tickets to CPT’s that are registered in Events Calendar Pro? IE ECP Menu > Sessions.
I am attempting to see the attendee list on a ticket applied to a custom post type sessions registered under an EVENT. The back-end and front-end ticket meta fields both look and work well since the last update of Tickets 4.1.3.
When I click on the attendee list link I get the following error ‘You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.’ RSVP as a speaker you get an email confirmation and receive notification as image Screenshot 2.1. If you check Attendees Screenshot 2.2, It doesn’t load tickets-attendees Screenshot 2.3.
My ticket also has required fields and I did not see those during selection of the ticket or during checkout (that’s what I call intuitive)?

ParticipantOn the custom post type post page I create a new RSVP or WooCommerce Ticket,
If I click save ticket and then click Attendees link the page is displayed.
If I click update on the post and then click Attendees link then I get the error message of ‘You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.’If I go back and edit the ticket and save, I can then see the Attendee page by clicking the link.
If I click update, again I get the error. If I try to make a Bulk Actions edit on the Attendee list page after editing a ticket and clicking save ticket, I get the same error.
However, the buttons for Print, Email, Export, and View Order all work as expected…unless I Update the Post and then I can’t get to the page.May 18, 2016 at 7:58 am #1115877Jake
ParticipantIf you read this thread because you have built a custom post type and are experiencing weird issue with the attendee list. What you may want to try is to see if you have the post type editor open, and edit the ticket and save the ticket or rsvp (but do not click update on the post) does the attendee link work?
If it does then this is because your post type is not writing the update URL as ‘post’. I was a little suprised by this requirement but once I forced use of ‘post’ type, the attendee list works great and the sales report doesn’t not crash.
I can also comment that the behavior where when I clicked Attendee and received the error message about permissions was do to an outdated custom template file.
When you are having problems and use custom theme templates for Events Calendar Pro it’s a good idea to rename the directory temporarily to use the stock templates and see if you have an issue. It took me hours to think that one through.

MemberHey Jake,
Thanks for following-up, for keeping the thread updated and also for sharing the solution for other users to benefit from it 🙂
Glad to read you could get this sorted! We always recommend start with a complete testing for conflicts guide. This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins, as you state.
I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you need help with anything else please don’t hesitate to create a new one and we will be happy to assist you.
Best,
