The second link in my original post is to the dev area of the server where I have the new Events Ticket Plus installed. It has not made any difference.

Thanks George, but WHY can’t we just either EMAIL or ATTACH HERE (via upload) the screenshots? This using cloud based then linking is such a hassle…. come on guys make it easy on your customers! =D

OK, so to be clear, you’re saying we should disable TEC Pro for now, since we have a major event this week that we need to have the attendee list for?

Oh, extra info:

Our core setup uses TEC WooTickets add-on. That’s all been working fine. We didn’t have problems until adding TEC Pro.
