    We’ve been running on this system for about a year, no problem, sold a ton of tickets. Recently we added Pro so we could use the recurring events function. After adding it, we experienced multiple issues, the first and most obvious being that the attendees screen comes up blank grey. The normal admin header menu and left menu are present, but the page content area is blank. We have a major event this week, so quick help would be appreciated.

    No, we have NOT deactivated all other plugins and reverted to the 2011 default theme. This is a high traffic production website, and we can’t have the downtime for that.

    Oh, extra info:

    Our core setup uses TEC WooTickets add-on. That’s all been working fine. We didn’t have problems until adding TEC Pro.

    Howdy michaelsnovilla,

    That is a bug and one we intend to fix in our very next release. We just did a release though so it will be a few weeks until the next one is prepped and ready. I have added your topic to our list of folks affected, you will get notified as soon as a fix is ready. Thanks for reporting this!

    OK, so to be clear, you’re saying we should disable TEC Pro for now, since we have a major event this week that we need to have the attendee list for?

    That is a quick fix, but maybe you understandably hate that option. If you prefer I could also email you a copy of version 3.7 of our plugins, where that is not a bug. We can contact you once the patch is ready for release, then you can update or reenable PRO.

    I want to do all I can to make this right. I know this bug is pretty awful. Please let me know what I can do. Thanks michaelsnovilla,
