LisaParticipantThank you so much for your help, Geoff- that did it! I have another question, if you’re able to answer it here. If not I can open another thread. When we receive the ticket confirmation there is no event info (name, date, time). Is there a way to set it up so we know what the customers are ordering?
LisaParticipantI’m so sorry, Geoff. I don’t know why the settings were left that way, but I did create a godaddy email ([email protected]) and configure those settings with a failure response. I updated everything. Would you mind taking a look again. I have tried a gmail email as well, without success.

LisaParticipantCan you help me figure out why when I’ve downloaded the plugin you suggested and tried to configure it using a couple different accounts but am getting failures every time I attempt to send an email?
