ParticipantOur orders are not completing after payment. The transactions will go through and the confirmation page will come up, but the transaction stays as pending payment in the system. Therefore, we and the customers do not receive confirmation emails. Can you please help? Thank you!

I would love to help you with this topic.Our orders are not completing after payment… the transaction stays as pending payment in the system.
I am not exactly sure which payment gateway you are using with WooCommerce, could you please share a screenshot of your settings for that gateway ? (in a private reply)
Therefore, we and the customers do not receive confirmation emails.
Until we figure out what is going on, you could tweak the setting for the status that triggers the tickets under Events -> Settings -> Tickets.
I am not sure if that would help, but I thought I would suggest it anyway.

Thank you for the credentials.
I was able to go in and take a look around.Nothing seemed out of the ordinary. But let’s not give up on this.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme (Avada 5.2.2) via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.In the meantime, here are a few things I would recommend to check:
- Deactivate the Event Tickets Plus Extension: Enhance Woo Order Templates
- Check if the payments for the tickets made it to Paypal (from the Paypal website)
- Check if the return URL is configured properly in your Paypal account.

MemberOh and one very important note: Do not upgrade to WooCommerce 3.2
We just found a couple of bugs with that release (that we are working on fixing).
