I have been having a problem with the auto import function not working and getting a red exclamation mark instead in the import list. The import will work when it is manual, one at a time. When I have only a few facebook pages in my schedule import list everything works well. I have almost 100 now and it is not working automatically.

Any chance to have one of the bulk actions be “import” instead of only “delete” ?

Please tell me 1) how do I find the list of facebook pages I am importing? There used to be a text box with a list. Now it looks like I can only see them in a table, 10 at a time.

Also, 2) how can I cancel an import? The “import is currently in progress” has been going for weeks with no stop.

To be clear, it’s not anything these individual pages has done. They were working just fine before the update to EA. Event authority is set to: “Do not re-import events. Changes made locally will be preserved.”

I have already shared a screenshot of the scheduled imports tab. Was there something specific you wanted to see?

here is the requested screenshot. there are MANY pages of red exclamation marks. I cannot send you the link to “an” event. We have a very large list of pages that we pull from. It isn’t pulling any of them (hence the red exclamation marks)

the “import” page has an orange progress bar at the top…it is stuck and has a spinning circle. “Your import is currently in progress. Don’t worry, you can safely navigate away–the import will continue in the background.” is the message it gives, but the progress never changes.

looks like the last successful auto import was November 15. It will import if I select a facebook page and manually import it…but that’s not really any kind of solution.

Hi- Your solution of importing the event information by facebook event id number works for an individual event…but I still have the problem with some events that are being imported in a batch.

I have 45 pending events right now from multiple facebook group pages…maybe 50% are coming in with the organizer and event information. All are coming in with the description.

Please help. Because of the ongoing issue of having information pull from many accounts I am UNABLE to access the page to import via event ID…unless I remove most of the facebook pages, import the event, then re-insert the pages…which is a really clunky solution for a paid plugin.

Still happening, even with all those changes. It only happens SOMETIMES. some of the events import correctly. The ones I pasted in the comment this morning were 4 examples of the events that imported without the information.

In my import this morning there are four events. Each comes in without an organizer or a location. Can you help please?

Hi- When I remove a significant number of pages to be indexed, the error goes away. Is there a maximum number of pages that can be indexed?
