    Yes, the hosting environment is identical. I contacted our sysadmin and he said he didn’t see anything of note in the error logs. Thanks for your continued assistance.

    My issue was resolved by switching out of “photo” view as the default. Thanks!

    Apologies for my lack of response. I am stumped on this one, still having a problem. I switched the theme to TwentyTwelve and turned off all plugins and am still having the same problem. Also, I have a separate test version of this site which has identical plugins and a very recent copy of the database and “previous events” is working fine there. Can’t figure out why it would work on one and not the other.

    Sorry, going to leave out the php echo tag this time (wrapping in didn't work)

    tribe_event_featured_image('thumbnail');
    tribe_event_featured_image('medium');
    tribe_event_featured_image('event-image'); (custom size set up in functions.php)

    The code I added for #3 isn’t displaying. Let me try that again. I have tried each of these and they just made the image disappear.

    This information is helpful and I have gotten closer, but am still experiencing a problem.

    #1: This was successful once I moved “photo.php” into the “pro” folder where my stylesheet lives. Putting it at the location noted above wasn’t working, but moving it into [your-theme]/tribe-events/pro/photo.php works like a charm. This wasn’t clear in the instructions.
    #2: Thanks for pointing me to “The Events Calendar” for the view file. Worked great.

    #3: This is where I’m still having problems. I have located the function referred to in the forum post you shared, located on line54 of single-event.php. However, I’m having no luck changing it. When I add a size into the code the image disappears entirely. Here is what I’ve tried so far:

    (custom size set up in functions.php)

    Thanks for your assistance!

    That doesn’t work either. If there’s anything else you can think of let me know, otherwise I’ll do some more work on my end soon, and will share what the solution was when I figure it out.

    Not sure why but this still isn’t working. It’s determined to show 10 events.

    Hey — when I tried running the update from the multisite plugin index page again I encountered the same problem. I just tried the “Check Again” button as you suggested and got this message:

    Plugins
    Your plugins are all up to date.

    As a short-term measure, should I just replace the plugin files on the server? Thanks for your assistance.

    This is the error message I’m getting on my plugin page:

    “The following plugins are out of date: Events Calendar Pro. Please update now. All add-ons contain dependencies on The Events Calendar and will not function properly unless paired with the right version. Want to pair an older version?”

    I’m still having trouble with this. I waited a few hours as the person above, logged out and back in, selected the plugin and “update” and ran it. Then I get a red box that says “An error occurred while updating The Events Calendar PRO: The plugin is at the latest version.”. But the plugin still says 2.7 and I see a red box in my admin telling me to update.

    I am running multisite with the calendar plugins activated individually on some sites.

    I have had this same experience today. Hopefully I can also try again in a few hours and have updating success.

    My bad. This totally works. I actually just put it into “list.php” and it works well. Thanks so much.
