ParticipantHello Barry,
First, Thank you all for ALL the help. I know support can sometimes take a long time when working with designers/developers and their clients (especially if a committee is involved).Second, although this ticket was not completely resolved, I no longer need to address this issue as the client has abruptly moved to SquareSpace.
Lastly, keep up the great work.

ParticipantI am creating a new event or editing an existing one
I do already have a number of venues defined
When you try to save an event after selecting the venue for the event, the venue doesn’t stick. And we had a location from one of the event drop off and it will not let us add the location back for that event.I will have to address the javascript request when I have more time to research how to provide that for you.

ParticipantHere is what we see in the De_Bug… Keep in mind, we have reinstalled all the plugins and the theme for our users.
Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; BW_RecentArticleWidget has a deprecated constructor in /home/nutriti/public_html/wp-content/themes/wellness/inc/bw_recentarticlewidget.php on line 12

ParticipantI believe I had as per this ticket when the new Tickets Plus was released: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-to-transition-to-the-new-tickets-vs-wootickets/
I verified my licensing and only the New plugin’s license is there and the old WooTickets Plugin expired on the 16th of January 2016.
On a whim, I deactivated all the licences and started the moving process over. It all appears correct now and no more nag.
It is now OK to delete “The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets” plugin? I am assuming so but would like confirmation before actually doing that.

ParticipantYES! That answers my questions regarding what we need. Thanks.
so far, I have been successful in moving to the new plugin (Plus version) and deactivated the WooTickets. I have also invoiced the client and will send payment upon my receipt of their payment (should only be a few days).
Another question has arisen during this process, which has come from my client. Do the tickets look the same? They had been wanting to change some of the wording of confirmation to the ticket purchaser. I have not gotten any in depth knowledge of the Event Tickets Plus processes yet to know this answer yet. Is this by chance a built in option to the plugin, or will I need to add some custom changes to the plugin?

ParticipantWhen you say sell tickets what do you mean. We definitely need to have tickets available for purchase but I do not believe we need them to be physical tickets.
I am getting a little nervous about letting this get to only 2 days before my renewal is due to know if I actually NEED to make a purchase. I am afraid I do not understand and do not wish to make a purchase that may not be needed. Additionally, and perhaps more importantly, I do not want to “NOT” make a purchase and then have my client need to have the Plus plugin.
